Alpha Music & Sound
|
With the summer over, we're back to over 50 new trailer music releases this month, 51 to be precise. The month of September brought us the first non-sound-design release from Liquid Cinema this year, and the first cinematic release from Noise Refinery in two years. Among the rest of the albums, you'll find some rather unusual genres, such as cinematic funk, as well as horror renditions of Christmas classics. But before you scroll down searching for these, let me quickly introduce Montage Music, as this is the first time I'm writing about this boutique trailer music company. Although they specialize mostly in sound design, a few of their albums are actually suited for listening, with the latest EP also being the case. Alright, go on now and explore September's goodies!

There was one album that clearly stood out for me among September releases, and that's Score Production Music's "Spellbound". Certainly a candidate for the trailer music album of the year! But then, as you probably know by now, I'm a sucker for dark cinematic neofolk and Viking-inspired music. :) Let me know in the comments if you share my enthusiasm for this album and, if not, which September release was your favorite! Until next time, čau!
